We’re taking another break from all the Emmys opinionating to gaze lovingly once again at the eye-popping costume design of the upcoming Katy Keene series. One thing Riverdale kind of failed to do was really indulge in the Archie comics aesthetic from which it sprung. This does not seem to be a consideration for Katy Keene, which seems to be reveling in the character’s four-color origins and good-girl art style.
That is totally ridiculous and we LOVE it.
