Kittens, we went on a journey with this one.
First, the print. It’s wallpaper. Worse, it’s brown wallpaper. Then, the look. See, we’ve always said Miss Taylor here is at her best when she’s working in a “Lauren Hutton at Studio 54 with Halston” kind of vibe – all open silk blouses and wide-legged pants. This sort of prim Sunday Services style would not have been our first recommendation for her. And yet we were willing to consider all of this as a worthy attempt that looks better than we’d have thought.
Until we got to the waist.
The screaming, darlings. It has yet to abate.
