Sarah Jessica Parker Demands Attention at “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert”

While we wouldn’t want to suggest that Miss Sarah Jessica isn’t in possession of a whole range of talents, if there’s one thing she’s unquestionably good at, it’s walking a New York sidewalk in an outfit that tends to demand a little attention.

We can’t say we love the dress, although it looks slightly better (if a bit focus-pulling) on screen. The coat is gorgeous, though. And the burgundy/lavender/silver color combination is both slightly odd and somehow perfectly seasonally appropriate. In fact, we think the combo would be a great one to work for the winter holidays.

Experience tells us, however, that the ensuing style conversation is going to be entirely focused on her sheer black hose. We don’t mind them, although given the slightly retro nature of the dress and shoes, they don’t exactly freshen up the look for her.
