UNBELIEVABLY creepy skirt.
It’s funny. The styling and shape of the dress really look great on her, but the design elements are all so goofy, discordant and distracting that she comes off looking a little silly. And a little creepy.
This is the second pair of sheer black hose we’ve seen today so that means we are empowered by the Fashion Blogger’s Guild to declare it a coming trend for the season.
