The stars and co-stars came out to toast Steven Spielberg’s latest fantasia, darlings. And to get their pictures taken, of course. It is for these reasons that we must remain committed to our mission of judging their style choices. Come along with us, on a magic carpet ride of OPINIONS…
Aisha Tyler
Kinda loving the overall effect, even if there are some slight quibbles. Too much black, for one. A silver or white shirt would have done a lot here.
Hannah John-Kamen in Lanvin
Too low-key. You’re in this movie, girl. Dress like it. Also, the bust is too tight.
Jaime King in Vionnet
Very pretty, although we tend to think sheer skirts are meant to lay normally and not be played with like a princess dress. We’re just saying.
Jenna Ortega in Tommy Hilfiger
It gets a bit tricky at parts, but we can’t really argue with any of this. Bold and fun.
Joe Manganiello and Sofia Vergara (in Oscar de la Renta)
These two have turned into such a married couple. Gone are the skin-tight clothes and cheek-sucking poses. They look relaxed and put-together. Like a couple at a wedding.
Kat Graham in Ermanno Scervino
Can’t really reconcile that flimsy skirt with that buttoned-up, structured, and heavy-looking top half.
Maia and Alex Shibutani
Adorable.
Philip Zhao
SUPER adorable. We’re a little jealous, to be honest. We’d love to be able to pull this look off.
Simon Pegg
We’re in shock. This is the most stylish thing Simon Pegg has ever worn. Now if you could just button your jacket for pictures, you’d be perfect, dear.
Win Morisaki
Love the jacket, but boy, does it ever get more and more disappointing as you scroll down.
