Victoria Smurfit is spotted for the first time in full costume as the classic character Cruella de Vil on the set of “Once Upon a Time” in Vancouver, Canada.
Pants? Cheap fake fur? Nondescript footwear? Honey, no. You look like a mom who’s chaperoning the school Halloween dance.
Sometimes we’re convinced this show is going to be remembered solely for its cheap and unimaginative costuming.
