And it’s a shame, because it’s such a cute look otherwise. The Frozen braid feels a little last year, but we love the simple chicness of the dress paired with the entirely-practical-for-New-York tights. It’s perhaps a little too plain overall, which is why we suppose she got talked into what have to be the UGLIEST BOOTIES EVER MADE. Seriously, those things are a frikkin’ crime.
But we can hear some of you chomping at the bit to defend them, so go ahead and give it a shot.
