With maybe a tiny bit of Blanche Deveraux, no?

We might have considered this fun and sassy, but that collar and those shoulders throw the whole shape of it off. If the top portion draped a little better this could have worked. Standing with her feet far apart to show off the dropped crotch doesn’t exactly help, nor does the clutch that looks like a grade school composition book.

But bless her heart, she just looks so proud, doesn’t she?
