Either Demi Lovato stopped by Andy Cohen’s clubhouse on her way to stopping a crime or committing a crime.
It’s giving “cat burglar” slightly more than it’s giving “superheroine,” so we’ll go with committing a crime. All the kudos to her for reaching back six decades into the Pierre Cardin vault for this one. It’s one of those pieces that you tend to have to take in the context of the times, but we’re surprised how close it comes to working with this styling, which is about as far from the mod hair and makeup this originally called for as you can get. It’s a bit more versatile than that, but we still don’t think this styling works or that she’s all that well suited to it. We tend to think you need to have a bit more of a playful approach to a look like this. Still, we don’t think she looks bad at all. It is extremely crotchy, for lack of a better word, and we think a more creative footwear choice would’ve gone a long way.
