It can’t be easy trying to figure out a maternity wardrobe for the promotional work centered around your iconically soignee and fashionable character, but Downton Abbey star Michelle Dockery has been managing the conundrum nicely. For her visit to The Tonight Show, she kept things simple and (relatively) comfy:
We might normally decry an all-black outfit for a talk show or a knit dress for New York in September, but it looks pretty great on her, partially because she’s clearly comfortable in it and partially because she made some smart styling choices. The shoes and the jewelry do a lovely job of finishing the look off with some visual interest.
