Miley Cyrus came to Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote her new album and in typical Miley fashion, she did not come quietly — or in a manner that makes much sense.

She actually sported an entirely different look for the show, so we’re assuming this bizarre getup was worn through a day of press engagements because we can’t imagine she’d put all this on just to walk through a parking lot, even if there are paparazzi present. There’s a certain quirky cuteness to the look, but we have no idea why anyone would wear that jacket in May. Los Angelenos love to say how chilly things are in their city whenever we say something like this, but that is a jacket for the dead of winter. Her hair looks cute with it, which is why the 1980s officewear from the waist down comes off so odd.
