Sentimental Value star Elle Fanning was definitely feeling herself for the film’s Cannes Film Festival photo call and premiere, serving up two looks that she clearly loved wearing.

That is simply adorable. While we tend to get huffy about guys in undershirts at photo calls, this whole look is too well-styled to give the impression that she’s slacking off. On the contrary, she’s leaning into the film’s promotion by hyping up her own director. The t-shirt is by LA based 11-year-old designer Dylan’s T-Shirt Club, but it’s the Gucci scarf and Gucci belt that really take the look somewhere cute and stylish. If you think this is too casual for a film promotion, not to worry. She turned it out in high style for the premiere:

We kinda get the impression she likes her dress. We can’t blame her; it’s very pretty, straddling that line between the sweetly romantic, fairy tale styles that have always suited her best and the kind of grownup sophistication she’d want for this stage in her career. The gray-green is a sophisticated color, which tends to cut the sweetness of all those applique roses. Our only quibbles are with the shape of the neckline, which plunges too much, and the sparkly trim, which wasn’t needed.
