That “flags of all nations” lining doesn’t work with the dress at all. The textile – which actually does look pretty and like it could wind up as a cute summer dress – doesn’t work with all of that black, nor does it work with that severe, geometric design. It looks like she’s wearing a formal dress over a fun day dress.

We still don’t love that butter yellow, which everyone is wearing all of a sudden, but this could have been breezy and pretty if you got rid of about 90% of the pleating and ruching.

If we saw a friend out like this, we’d immediately ask her if she was okay. This looks like depression in clothing form and we have no idea why the hell her team (assuming she has one) would send her out to promote her own work in a look that says she can barely get out of bed at the moment.
