“Scenes From A Marriage” Stars Oscar Isaac and Jessica Chastain at “The View”

We’ve gotta hand it to Oscar Isaac and Jessica Chastain. The stars of Scenes From a Marriage are extremely good at couple cosplay. They’re actors, of course, but they’re also long-time friends, so there easy casual intimacy is real. But they also manage to just look like a couple when they’re out together:

That is such a “stylish couple out for fancy brunch in the city” pair of looks. He tends toward casual Dad Style (lots of untucked shirts and khakis), and this is a really good iteration of that. We could take or leave the pants or shirt, but the shoes and jacket do fantastic job of elevating the look. Love the peek of orange sock. She’s turning out to be that gal who can really rock the hell out of a jumpsuit, even sometimes making the bad ones look better just by wearing it. This is one of the good ones. She looks a weensy bit washed out in that pale pink, but it looks to us like she’s got TV makeup on. Our only suggestion would be for any color other than pink shoes. They take a breezy-chic look and turn it a little unnecessarily Barbie.
