She looks great, but we dislike when halters incorporate necklaces in the design. It always looks like a mistake.

It’s a gorgeous gown, but the bust is ridiculously small on her.
Aubrey Plaza in Chanel
Comfy-glam. We can’t say we’re loving the way the stripes are laid out or the white tips on the bust, though.
Cole Escola in Christopher John Rogers
We weren’t expecting Molly Ringwald drag at the Tonys, but if someone had told us it was coming, we’d have predicted it would be coming from them.
Danielle Brooks in Wiederhoeft
Another gorgeous gown that’s too small in the bust. We don’t think that hairstyle suits her at all.
Dylan Mulvaney in Christian Siriano
The skirt is pretty and the color looks great on her, but we hate the design of the bodice.
Erin Darke and Daniel Radcliffe
They’re such a cute couple. Her dress is kind of low-key, but she’s flawlessly styled. Love his whole look, although we think we’d have preferred a white shirt.
June Squibb
What a great look. The skirt provides all the visual interest, allows her to wear whatever the hell she wants on her feet, and even camouflages her cane in pictures. She looks lovely.
Kelly Ripa
Kind of nice to see a busy print on an awards red carpet. It’s not an envelope-pushing design, but the colors look great on her. The necklace doesn’t go.
Laura Benanti in Marmar Halim
Can’t argue with that, although we don’t love the sandal choice.
Lea Michele in Michael Kors Collection
The skirt’s gorgeous but we hate the tank top.
Lena Waithe
We get that she’s not much for color or sparkle usually, but this is kind of a void. Love the shoes, though.
Lesley Manville in Loewe
A pure stunner of a look. We can’t say we’re totally in love with the shape of it, but the color looks spectacular on her. Everything above the neck is flawless.
Maya Rudolph in Chanel
We love that necklace, but we don’t think it works, just laying on top of the dress like that.
Melissa Barrera in Archival Betsey Johnson
Wildly overdesigned and the color is hideous.
Patrick Wilson and Dagmara Dominczyk
We think we might have liked more jewelry for her, but as a pair, they’re very sharp.
Rachel Dratch in Christian Siriano
She deserves better. The neckline looks sloppy and doesn’t work with the necklace. The too-long sleeves and the half-lining make it look off-the-rack.
