The stars of The Beauty continue their relentless promo tour with a premiere in Rome. The looks? All over the map.
Ashton Kutcher

That suit’s too businesslike for the sweater, which looks a little shapeless, in a color that does nothing for him. The chain doesn’t look like it goes. The whole outfit is poorly conceived.
Rebecca Hall in Ferragamo

We genuinely love how crazy her sense of fashion is, but that doesn’t mean we love this dress. It’s fun, though. In a hideous yellow satin sort of way.
Anthony Ramos

He looks great in that off white, but wearing a cummerbund with a tank top is just weird.
Jeremy Pope in AMI Paris

Well, he’s back to showing off his facility with satin, but we can’t say this design is working for us. The vest is just a jacket without sleeves. The tie is weird. The fact that it’s all in black makes it hard to read.
Evan Peters

He does really well with ’90s style minimalism, but he sure could’ve used some color here. We hate this era of men’s hair. Everyone looks greasy.

ABOUT THE SERIES:
In FX’s THE BEAUTY, the world of high fashion turns dark when international supermodels begin dying in gruesome and mysterious ways. FBI Agents “Cooper Madsen” (Evan Peters) and “Jordan Bennett” (Rebecca Hall) are sent to Paris to uncover the truth. As they delve deeper into the case, they uncover a sexually transmitted virus that transforms ordinary people into visions of physical perfection, but with terrifying consequences. Their path leads them directly into the crosshairs of “The Corporation” (Ashton Kutcher), a shadowy tech billionaire who has secretly engineered a miracle drug dubbed “The Beauty,” who will do anything to protect his trillion-dollar empire—including unleashing his lethal enforcer, “The Assassin” (Anthony Ramos). As the epidemic spreads, “Jeremy” (Jeremy Pope), a desperate outsider, is caught in the chaos, searching for purpose as the agents race across Paris, Venice, Rome and New York to stop a threat that could alter the future of humanity. With guest stars Bella Hadid, Isabella Rossellini, Ben Platt, Jessica Alexander and Vincent D’Onofrio, THE BEAUTY is a global thriller that asks: what would you sacrifice for perfection?
