A bunch of English stars (and one token American) came out to the premiere of the new Prime documentary about King Charles, Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision. Everyone dressed soberly and formally, which means everyone looked great but not particularly interesting.

Dame Judi’s scarf and jewelry are lovely. She’s always been fairly good about senior style, sticking to neutral pieces that she dresses up with some accessories with flair. The result is always well coordinated and looks very comfortable for her.

Sophie broke the rules by wearing a color. We wish we could say we love it, but it’s not our favorite hue. The dress also looks wildly overworked. He’s doing fine but the jacket looks a little small on him.

If she were premiering her own film, we’d complain about it, but in truth, she looks great.

No issues here except for the egregious overuse of hair and beard dye. To be clear, since we routinely make this critique: We have no issue with male stars dying their hair or beards, but far too many of them are clearly getting their shades out of a box instead of paying top dollar for some highlights and lowlights, like their female contemporaries do. They do, however, need to stop dyeing their eyebrows. It never looks good and it sure as hell doesn’t make you look any younger.

Coats. And very nice ones, by the looks of them.
