Those witches are ramping up the promo tour once again, but we don’t think we can make any predictions about their upcoming promo style. Wicked: For Good stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande returned to CinemaCon to preview the next installment but unlike last year, when they showed up in the pink and green looks that became part of the film’s branding, they sported more somber but no less witchy basic black.
It’s refreshing to see Ariana in something that flatters her, because ironically, pink does not. It’s a simple, pretty little frock and she looks great in it. Cynthia’s look is a little weird, but haven’t we all come to expect that from her? We hate the peplum but the rest of it can stay.
