Critics Choice Awards 2025: ANORA Star Mikey Madison in Giorgio Armani: IN or OUT?

Going by what some of the frontrunners wore, the red carpet them of the Critics Choice Awards appears to have been “Oscar nominees toning it way down.” In keeping with that theme, Anora star Mikey Madison moved away from the hottie looks and got Armani to remake her a very prim little dress from their 1992 archives.

We are… a little underwhelmed. It’s not terrible, but it’s also not exactly dazzling. And the only thing that provides a little interest – the gloves – look a little goofy with it. But we feel like we’ve been a little hard on her throughout her first Oscar campaign and maybe this is cutely elegant in a way that makes up for it’s relative lack of dazzle. We don’t know. You make the call on this one:
