Jennifer Lopez attended the AFI Fest screening of her upcoming sports drama Unstoppable and we are forced to ask the one question, in the one voice most responsible for the existence of this blog in the first place.
Sweetie, what’s all this, what’s happening, what is going on with you? Okay, technically those were three questions, but they were all asking the same thing. Why are you dressed like this in public? They’re all nice enough pieces, we suppose, but they photograph terribly (which is not a mistake she tends to make in her style choices) and it looks so casual as to give the impression that you just gave up. We realize she’s standing there in heels, extensions, and one hell of a face beat (more on that in a second), but this feels like a guystar showing up in sweatpants. As for that face, it’s borderline unrecognizable under than inch-and-a-half of slap. She was never a clean face/natural beauty kind of girl, but we’ve seen subtler paint jobs on RuPaul’s Drag Race.
