Kerry Washington has been hitting the Tribeca Film Festival and serving looks in anticipation of the release of her upcoming Tyler Perry WWII film Six Triple Eight. We are concerned with the looks-serving portion of the previous sentence.
AT THE TRIBECA CHANEL LUNCHEON
This is pretty much exactly what you would expect an actress to wear to a Chanel luncheon in New York. It all looks a little too fuzzy and heavy for June, but the pieces aren’t bad. We’d have told her to ditch the coat for something lighter in weight and lower in frippery. Her makeup looks weirdly awful here.
AT THE TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL
This, on the other hand, looks great — even with all the fuss and frippery. The color looks amazing on her and we like the shape that the accentuated shoulders lend it. That cuff is a stunner. We really hate the matchy shoes, though.
