Those horny tennis kids were at it again over the weekend. Mike Faist, Zendaya and Josh O’Connor, the stars of Challengers, made the promo rounds in a series of tennis-appropriate if not outright tennis-themed outfits.

Her mismatched whites bug a little and we don’t think the sweater and the skirt coordinate all that well in terms of the shapes. Mike’s low-key style gets a little boring, but he wears pieces that suit and fit him well so we can’t get too mad. Josh looks like they’re depressed friend who they dragged out of the house to get a little sun on his face.

We sincerely do not understand what the hell is going on with Josh. That outfit isn’t just awful, it’s dumb and it feels a little attention-seeking in the bad way. You don’t have to dress like a weirdo just because you’re standing next to Zendaya. She looks cute, by the way. We said all along that we’d appreciate her theme dressing more if she just went for dresses that evoked tenniswear. This might be a little on the literal side of things, but she looks cute. Mike looks fine, but we once again implore him to use a little hair product and moisturize more.

It just seems strange to us that Josh keeps wearing these very heavy-looking outfits while his co-stars are dressed for spring/summer. The sweater’s not bad but the grooming is terrible. Mike is, once again, acceptable.

That skirt is way too goofy. Like Margot Robbie and the color pink, we look forward to not seeing Zendaya in white for a little while.
