For cold-weather folks, February can be the longest, meanest month of the year, so to all of you shivering in the dark with us in those parts of the world, here’s the shot of springtime sunshine you need.

In truth, it’s a balmy 55 degrees outside T Lo Manor, but even so. Sometimes you just want to see something bright and happy when the days are short. The point to a New York Fashion Week event like this one is to get your picture taken wearing something really cute. The more current the look, the more important you come across. Personally, we would not recommend such aggressive matching of such an intense color, but this isn’t real world style. This is Fashion Week style. Bold, bright, extremely au courant and photogenic as hell. She looks cute. The choker needs to go, though.
