Okay, maybe not completely cray. After all, this is far from the first time any of us have seen a star in a bodysuit and a sheer dress, but it’s still a pretty rare occurrence for a talk show appearance. That’s almost entirely due to the fact that sheer dresses are for standing and posting, not sitting and talking.

But this is fantastically well chosen and styled. You never really get the sense that the dress is sheer at all when she sits down. And those ridiculous hot boots provide so much coverage that she’s hardly showing any skin at all. It’s a pretty damn spectacular look, which is an insane thing for us to say about a black lace dress, since we tend to find them boring most of the time.
