Another day, another royal family scandal, another gown. Princess Cathy shrugged off the news reports revealing that she was one of the members of the royal family who asked questions about the potential skin color of Prince Harry’s and Meghan’s son Archie, put on a big-shouldered gown and a smile, and headed out to the Royal Variety Performance.

We had to laugh when we got to the super-matchy shoes. Of course you did, Kate. It’s a beautiful shade of her signature color, in a style of gown that was pretty trendy about five years back. She looks great in it, but we don’t love the sparkly trim at the neckline. Why sport all of that fake bling when you’ve got the real stuff in a vault, not to mention on your wrist and ears? The deeper hair color looks nice, but she still needs to rethink her do.
