Newly minted serious actress Kim Kardashian may not be allowed to walk any red carpets or do other sorts of promotional work right now, but the American Horror Story: Delicate star still has the greatest promotional tool in the world at her disposal: herself. All she needs to do to drum up a little press is put on a goofy outfit and go for a walk. Now, you may be saying to yourself, “T Lo, you’re being too harsh.
