We were sure Karl Lagerfeld’s Last Muse was not going to let us down for this year’s Lagerfeld-themed Met Gala and sure enough, Chanel ambassador Kristen Stewart did not disappoint. Clear the floor for Butch Drag King realness, please:
It’s a direct-from-the-runway lift coming straight at you from six years ago, but she gives it that queer punk twist that Karl loved so much. It took us a while to come around on the tie, but we think the loafers look silly with it and we wish she’d worn something a little more butch, like boots. LOVE the drag king-inspired hair and makeup.
