The stars of Babylon put on their borrowed finest and hit the red carpet for the London premiere. We are happy to report that none of them slacked off, post-Golden Globes.

For a dress that’s essentially a cape worn backwards, this is surprisingly chic and dramatic. Ditch the Chanel, girl. Valentino clearly has your back (no pun intended).

He looks very refreshed and well-rested. [insert manicure emoji here] He’s clearly stepped up his fashion game after he spent the summer dabbling in Vagrant Chic. He looks great. Of course he does. He’s Brad Pitt, after all. The pants are a little long, but it’s honestly kind of refreshing to see a suit with a classic silhouette and shape to it.

We’re afraid none of this is working for us. That looks like a very nice suit, but the cut is unflattering and the color is unphotogenic. He looks like he can barely move his arms.

That’s a really tough color to pull off, but we think it looks pretty great on her, even if we have a lot of issues with the design. We’d have liked a full skirt and a more opaque bodice. The shoes are way too heavy with it and while we don’t think they necessarily need to match, sporting a red belt and black shoes is a little distracting.

It feels like he’s stepped up his game a little after a couple of style fumbles, but he won’t wear an undershirt with a white dress shirt no matter how much we beg him to.
