Let’s take a short break from all the Don’t Worry Darling Venice Film Festival coverage to turn our attention back toward the Queen of this year’s festival red carpet, Jodie Turner-Smith, who hasn’t once failed to turn out a look that turns heads every time she stepped out this week. Her style sweet spot is DRAMA and she knows how to deliver it.

Straight up: Do we like ruffled cutouts? GOD no. We hate them! They’re a horrible design element! And yet Miss Lady is serving and we just can’t allow that to go unrecognized. We do have to admit to inexplicably loving the skirt over ruffled, layered pants, but we think those amazing shoes have a lot to do with it.

This is ridiculously dramatic and she’s uniquely well suited to it. The color looks amazing on her. We aren’t fans of public bras, but we feel like we’d have an easier time with this one if it was one color, preferably the same color as the dress. As always, her hair. makeup and jewelry are drag-perfect.
