Freida Pinto has a new Bridgerton-esque rom com coming out and since the premiere was marked with both a red carpet and a VIP after party, Miss Thing got her fashion game on.

We’re surprised to find ourselves admitting that we mostly love this. We don’t normally have much love for bows or tricky sleeves on formal gowns, but the pleating and the color look great on her. We’re not loving the design of the bodice or where the waist is situated, though. The overall effect is so dramatic that it’s not as noticeable as it could be, but the proportions there strike us as a little off.

This is fabulous and she’s clearly feeling herself. We can’t help but wish it had more color to it, but that’s more to do with our own dislike of neutrals on red carpets. We can see the appeal of wearing an ensemble like this with all the color dialed way down. This might seem nitpicky, but the clutch does nothing for the look. We realize it’s easier to pose if you can do something with your hands, but the outfits doesn’t need an accessory.

Well that just looks adorable.
