“Eternals” Star Kumail Nanjiani on “Good Morning America”

We just had another of those momentary rushes of emotions when we realized something we’d forgotten we missed because of the pandemic. Courtesy of Eternals star Kumail Nanjiani, we’re experiencing our first instance of celebrity outerwear envy since the Before Times.

What a spectacular jacket. We wanties.

He’s making some decisions here that are somewhat specific to the venue and to himself. For instance, we would not recommend wearing matching shoes with this jacket out in the so-called real world, but he’s doing promotional work for a Disney product and that kind of highly coordinated dressing works well – especially on TV (where you’ll mostly see them as a quick flash of color). The second choice is that turtleneck, which we must begrudgingly admit looks fantastic on him and just right for the jacket. It’s a really cute look and it feels hand-selected just for him, which is how good publicity looks are supposed to come across.
