Granted, we don’t expect a whole lot of agreement on that, since Westwood is an acquired taste and it also kinda looks like a bird flew into her. Even so, it’s dramatic, it’s declarative, the colors look amazing on her and it’s just about the most British red carpet moment since the world premiere of Spice World.
