Here’s a perfect example of the truism that designing an ensemble and styling it are two very different things.

Granted, we’re not so naive as to think Yara actually sat down and designed any of the pieces from her Adidas collaboration, but still. It’s a really pretty track suit and we’re still in a moment where this sort of leisurewear chic is acceptable if not expected (a moment that may last for some time to come, we think), but there’s just no way that bright yellow bustier goes with it. The shape is all wrong and the color clashes. We think we’d have rather she just worn the track suit on its own, but we suppose she wanted to show off that necklace, which would have been hard without some sort of sleeveless top underneath.
LOVING the hair, though. Big braids are really back.
