We’ll be perfectly, bluntly straight-up here and say we are not in love with the design of the dress. The flimsiness of the bodice takes the hi-lo thing into too-extreme a direction, we think. We’re putting that out there first because despite our distaste for the design, we think she looks fucking flawless. The skirt remains gorgeous, but for us, the way the hairstyle works with both the simple casualness of the bodice and the grandeur of the bottom is what ties it all together. Just a perfect match of garment, wearer, and styling choices. A couture model walking a Milan runway didn’t make it look nearly as fabulous as it does here.
