We’re also not surprised that she dressed to match the film logo/backdrop because she’s also got a rep for being very attuned to the possibilities of promotional fashion. Do we like this? Hmmm. We don’t actually mind the dress on its own, but we think the hose and the hair are not working well with it. Neither of those style choices serve the dress well. They just seem to be fighting with it. That’s the problem with these big, strongly declarative frocks. There’s not a lot you can do with them. Or maybe that’s the beauty of them and Rita just doesn’t realize it. She’s not a “put it on and go” kinda gal.
Haha, no.
