Friday Leftovers for the Week of February 21st 2021

Posted on February 26, 2021

Let’s close out the week by thanking all of these stars for serving us discussable looks. Haha, just kidding! Let’s judge them all!

Alicia Keys in Fendi

An absolutely gorgeous color on her and a more or less perfect style for her, which is a surprise, since she doesn’t go for fuss normally.

Ciara Bravo in Altuzarra

She’s really good with simple and basic styles. That’s not a backhanded compliment. Some folks are great with minimalism. The color here really helps.

Ciara Bravo in Rodarte

We’re glad she also seems to have a more playful side when it comes to fashion. This could look tacky so easily, but she’s got a Dakota Johnson-like quality to work some fairly goofy looking pieces. She looks great in this.

Eiza González in Oscar de la Renta

We can’t help thinking sheer black tights look a little dated, but they keep threatening to come back. This is all fine, but we can’t with that frayed hem.

Gabrielle Union in Dion Lee

She looks great. Maybe this is nitpicky, but we wish there was some contrasting color somewhere. It’s all too match.

Kaitlyn Dever in Miu Miu

We really love the idea of the ruffley top with the sporty pants and she’s just the right person to pull it off, but what is that red area? We don’t want to consider the possibilities.

Mindy Kaling in Giambattista Valli

She can get away with super-twee looks and the dress looks amazing on her. The bag is a little too precious for us.

Rebel Wilson in Gucci

Love the dress. A pair of cute kicks would have been so much better than those flats.

Regina King in St. John

She looks gorgeous as always, but that neckline looks like it’s only being saved by her posing.
