But we must also – gently – let a gal know when her look’s not quite working for her, yes? The work continues! This will all be said with love, Margot!

We dub this … dull. It’s not the worst sin in the w– actually, for a Paris fashion show, maybe it is. Still, it’s not a red carpet, this moment isn’t about her, and as Chanel looks go, this one certainly suits her. Pun sort of intended. The jacket works much better as it’s styled in the look book, we think. Something about the proportions of the shorts and those shortened sleeves looks awkward to us. We’re not always for the idea of replicating runway of look book styling, but we can’t deny this jacket looks a lot better with a skirt and a little bit of attitude in the styling:
