Tereza Rosalie Kladošová is a Czech-based fashion designer and artist whose boldly modern and subtly whimsical designs won her the Best Fashion Designer prize at the 2018 Czech Grand Design Awards. She has a clear love for brilliant and eye-catching prints, which she fullfills by designing her own for her collections, using sustainable materials. She likes simple, classic shapes and silhouettes in her designs, but there’s usually some small quirk or detail to set them apart, like an asymetrical hem, a split sleeve, or an oversized jacket. Her designs feel fresh but are imbued with a sense of humor and fun that make them feel distinct from what the rest of the fashion world is offering. It’s fashion that’s just a little askew, drawing your eye back to it again and again, as you try to figure out what’s making you look.
