Social Distancing Chic: Lorenzo’s Picks for Flats

Posted on April 09, 2020

Kittens, at this time of nesting and hunkering-down (to phrase things in comfortable euphemisms), no one’s thinking of high style. Indeed, many of us, if we’re managing to wear clothing at all from day to day, are opting for the items with most ease-of-use as well as the highest comfort levels. But Lorenzo feels the world needs his shopping skills more than ever and he firmly believes that we all could use a little bit of simple, easy style items to pair with our sweat pants and caftans. Just to make things a little prettier at a time when each spoonful of pretty feels like a pleasant and welcome surprise.

To that end, he figured some comfy, stylish footwear; the kind to get you from the front door to the mailbox and back again; the kind for a quick drive to get some sun on your face; the kind for padding around the house while still maintaining a base level of fabulousness for your tele-meetings and homeschooling lessons; the simple, humble, always-pretty ballet flat. The caftans were for getting your inner Liz Taylor on, the massive shades were for tapping into your inner Jackie O, but these little beauties are for getting through your day with a little bit of Audrey Hepburn in your stride.
