We can relate and we fully support this flex, Miss Selena. But if we may, as people who have some history with wearing metallic pants in their hazy, distant, attention-seeking pasts: you really need to make sure that the rest of the look is up to the task of working with your big shiny pants. We don’t care either way about the top, which seems appropriately low-key, but that police detective coat is decidedly unfabulous when juxtaposed with your gigantic disco pants. It’s just not a combination that’s working for us, dear. Let your megapants shine. Get yourself a little cropped jacket of some sort. We hear they still make them.
