Love to see Miss Phoebe soaking up a little of the American spotlight. She not only deserves the victory lap, but more people need to be exposed to her amazing work developing Killing Eve and writing/starring in Fleabag. Plus, she’s just innately damn chic. We don’t think this little getup would work for a lot of folks:
But it looks fantastic on her. The proportions on that top half (high waist, huge collar), along with the super-heavy trim, would leave most wearers overwhelmed, but she’s pulling it off easily. It’s sleek (which suits her), but full of personality. And she looks completely comfortable in it. Best of all, it’s kind of unique and memorable, which is exactly what her style choices need to be at the moment. She’s on the rise.
