In a nutshell: Bold color, beautiful fit, flattering silhouette, and simple, pretty details. Get your hair done right and your face beat to the dress’s level.  This is not to suggest that every good red carpet look has these qualities. The existence of Pope Tilda alone puts the lie to that idea. But for the … say, Chloe Grace’s of the red carpet world; those starlets or ladystars who can’t seem to quite pull all the details together in their fashion efforts, it would behoove them to spend a semester or two putting this kind of standard, glamorous and highly flattering kind of red carpet practice into work.
