Can we take a moment here to express our sheer love? Not to mention our SHEER love? A pun, darlings! The sign of quality blogging? Do we sound giddy? Very well, we sound giddy. But we have good reason, kittens! Because when we first saw the thumbnails of this look, we thought Miss Yara had put the lie once again to our oft-refuted prediction that the sheer-skirt-over-panties look was dead. Imagine our delight to discover that this is a new iteration of the sheer skirt; one to which we can heartily apply our approval and praise. Why didn’t we see this coming? Forget the panty dress, darling. It’s time to usher in the age of the JUMPSUIT DRESS:
That is too fabulous for words (says the guys expending a couple hundred of them on this). It’s fun and sparkly, glamorous and modern. We don’t think this is a look that could work for everyone and we’re pretty sure we’re going to come to regret embracing the skirted jumpsuit, but for now, this is fun and chic.
