It’s cute, but perhaps not the best sitting-down dress in the world. That band right under the bust goes from friend to enemy when she sits down. It might be time for her to venture out from under her Tadashi umbrella a bit. Not because this dress is doing her wrong, but because as good as the house has been to her, she’s starting to fall into a style rut. Yes, by all means, go with what works for you. But an actress with a new TV show to promote has way more opportunities to dress up than the average person and she might want to take some time to see who else out there makes clothes that work well for her.

We guess, at the end of the day, we just want to see her in something other than a brightly colored lace.
