
Tessa Thompson wore a smart and chic suit. That’s it. That’s the post. The star of Hedda came to the New York screening in a fit that was unfussy and elegant.



We have but one note: we don’t think the shiny black shoes are the best choice. Given the tortoise shell buttons, we’d have recommended a brown shoe with a rounded toe. Still, that’s minor. We like how the top is both jacket and blouse in one and we like how it’s fitted instead of blocky on her. It just looks itchy as hell to wear but one must suffer just a little to be fabulous, don’t you find?
