It’s relatively simple, but the shape is interesting enough that it doesn’t come off boring or basic. We appreciate that the neckline and the skirt have unique elements, but we go back and forth on whether we like either of them. The collar effect feels unresolved somehow, looking more like a wearer mistake than a deliberate design choice. We tend not to love peplums, but we do like the structural quality of the skirt. As for the styling, we can understand why she kept things simple, but the look feels like it’s missing something. Still, we can’t say she looks bad. Can you? Put another way…
