The Substance star and Best Actress Oscar frontrunner Demi Moore stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to scream from her throat.

Given the body horror background of the film, it’s actually a bit of a surprise that she didn’t utilize more of Schiaparelli designer Daniel Roseberry’s body-obsessed designs. We suppose we have to give stylist Brad Goreski credit for not succumbing too easily to the theme-dressing bug. We appreciate that she’s doing it now, in one of her more high-profile appearances while voting is under way. It’s cute. If she’d done it all the way through the promo tour, wearing the ear jewelry and the toe shoes and what not, we’d have been tired of it months ago. She looks chic, comfortable, and very much herself. Having said all that, we hate the shoes.
