Lily Collins snagged her pal and Emily in Paris co-star Ashley Park to come stand by her while The Summer Book, the film she co-produced with husband Charlie McDowell, premieres at the BFI London Film Festival. McDowell also directed the film, but of course we’re more interested in what the ladies wore. Or rather, what the ladies didn’t wear this time.
These gals are completely off the Emily in Paris publicity track and the difference between how they’re dressed here and how they were dressing last month is hilariously stark. Welcome back to comfort, ladies. Ashley’s suit is kind of interesting, but we honestly don’t think either one of these ensembles give us all that much to talk about, but that was clearly the entire point of them. Lily’s there in a behind-the-camera role and Ashley’s just there to hang. They look cutely unpretentious.
