It seems like Fallout star Ella Purnell is signaling to us that we better clear our calendars the week the series premiere drops because she is clearly using her fashion to get people on board. Then again, if you’re going to Cannes to promote your project, high fashion looks are de rigueur.

It’s got a vaguely militaristic, post-apoc feel without being literal about it. It’s interesting, but not very photogenic in this setting. The belt doesn’t add much and we’re surprised to say that if you asked us whether it or the hanging straps should be edited out, we’d say to ditch the former. The bodice is designed oddly, with the bust looking like an afterthought.

Oh girl. On the one hand, we get that you’re doing the work to secure the attention and we appreciate that. On the other hand, this repurposed garment bag is ugly and awkward.
