Darlings, we’ve done it again. Just yesterday, we said that Josh O’Connor had the potential to get away with some great up-to-the-minute menswear with a little edge to it if he ever wanted to get away from the century-old styles that he tends to favor (because they clearly look great on him). And now here he is, working a modern look with a bizarre little twist:

That’s a weird sweater and we’re not even sure we can say that we like it all that much, but it’s such a pleasant surprise to see him looking a little looser and more casual. Despite our constant joking to that effect, we don’t actually think stars change their styles based on our criticisms. It’s more about us reading the red carpet tea leaves and noting when someone’s due to for a little style shakeup.

We want to eat this up with a spoon, pinkies raised.
